Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Agentcode and our website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Agentcode, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you will comply with these terms and all applicable laws. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The service
Agentcode is an AI coding agent. You describe a task, and the agent plans the work, edits the code, runs the tests, and opens a pull request. The service is review-first by design: the agent proposes changes as a pull request, and you decide whether to merge them. The agent does not push changes to your main branch on its own.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide when you sign up and for keeping your account secure. You must give us an accurate email address and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to build or ship anything unlawful, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems. You agree not to use the service to generate malware or to violate the terms of the repositories and tools you connect to it.
Your responsibility to review and merge
The agent produces proposed changes for your review. You are responsible for reviewing each pull request, running it through your own checks, and deciding whether to merge it. You remain responsible for the code that lands in your repositories. We provide the agent as a tool to help you, not as a substitute for your engineering judgment.
Intellectual property
Your code remains yours. We claim no ownership of your repositories, your source code, or the pull requests the agent opens for you. We own the Agentcode software, brand, and website. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while these terms are in effect.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While we work hard to make the agent accurate and reliable, we do not warrant that its output will be free of errors or fit for every purpose. Generated code may contain mistakes, which is exactly why review-first matters. You should test and review all changes before merging them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentcode and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
