Privacy Policy
Last updated June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Agentcode collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and our AI coding agent. We keep our data practices narrow on purpose: we collect the minimum we need to run the product and respond to you.
Information we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address and a confirmation code so we can verify your account. When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email, and the contents of that message. As you use the website, we collect basic usage information such as the pages you view, the approximate region your request comes from, and the type of device and browser you use. We do not ask for more than this.
How we use your information
We use your email to create and confirm your account, to reply to your requests, and to send you account-related messages about the service. We use contact messages to understand and answer your questions. We use basic usage information to keep the site reliable, to fix problems, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
We never train on your code
Your source code is yours. We do not use your code, your repositories, or your pull requests to train our models or anyone else's models. The agent reads the context it needs to complete the task you describe, and that is the only purpose your code serves. We do not retain code beyond what is required to run the task and produce the pull request you review.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting and email delivery providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform their work for us. Those providers are bound by contracts that limit how they may use the data.
Data retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and our records of it.
Security
We protect data in transit and at rest with encryption. We follow least-privilege access controls so that only the people and systems that need access have it. We are building our practices toward a SOC 2 program and review our controls regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of your information as a core responsibility.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage of the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can ask us to stop sending you account messages that are not strictly required to run the service. To make any of these requests, email us at [email protected] and we will respond.
